Tom Arnold was a generous man during his lifetime. He was a proud “Canner” and an avid history buff of the Civil War. His wife, Regina “Gina” wanted to honor his life by providing a scholarship for a Biglerville High School student pursuing post-secondary education.
Preference is given to a student demonstrating financial need, having high academic performance, showing community involvement and demonstrating strong interest in history as indicated by enrollment in advanced history classes, and work above and beyond the instructor’s requirements such as participation in National History Day Competition and/or pursuing an education in history.
