Established in 2014 by anonymous donors, this scholarship honors the life of Julie Ann Lochary.
Julie Ann lived in Littlestown with her family. She was active in her church and its youth group. Julie Ann was a member of the Fine Feathered Friends 4-H Club of Carroll Valley. She passed away at age 10 after a long fight against brain cancer.
This scholarship is for girls who participated in 4-H sometime between kindergarten through 12th grade and are planning to attend a 2-4 year post-secondary school, including technical school.
