This advised fund was created in memory of Nicholas C. Rapuano, an avid supporter of CTE (Career and Technical Education) and vocational training, education and apprenticeships.
Nick, a WWII Army AirCorps Veteran, and a member of the 417th Night Fighter Squadron, opened a prototype Tool and Die business- the Triangle Tool Company in North Branford, Connecticut in 1966 and proudly ran his shop until his retirement at the age of 81.
Throughout those years Nick gave back to the community by sponsoring local sports teams, as well as providing apprentices the opportunity to learn and train at the Triangle Tool Co. He was a true believer in education and continued learning.
Nick’s fund continues his charitable legacy to the community by supporting those groups, organizations and programs that were important to him.
