John R. White was a well-liked and dedicated attorney in Gettysburg, known for extensive “turf studies” that took him to many different golf courses.
This fund will award gifts to qualified charities that support Adams County causes, including fire companies (especially Arendtsville Fire Company); churches (especially Trinity Lutheran Church and Zion UCC both in Arendtsville, PA); programs focusing on the arts (especially music), youth sports for at-risk children not conducted by public or private educational institutions.
