Jim and Ellie Sheen were active volunteers in Adams County serving the Salvation Army and Rotary Club of Gettysburg for many years. They established this fund to help promote, uplift, and sustain the quality of life in Adams County and provide for the health and safety of the community.
The Sheens special interests are education in healthcare; aviation; foster children; literacy; homelessness; adult or children at-risk; programs to lift people out of poverty; basic life support, or whatever would be most needed.
