Col. (Ret.) Sebastian Hafer remembered his wife, “Reds”, as a woman who loved the arts. She taught tap dancing and loved to paint.
This fund advances and encourages the study and practice of dance and fine arts, including tap dancing and oil painting. The Community Foundation selects qualified charities to receive grants that address these purposes.
