Born and raised in Cashtown, PA, Donald “Punk” Hershey ran a men’s tailor shop in Gettysburg for many years with his first wife, “Mim.” Their only son, Jay, died at an early age of meningitis. Punk was an avid golfer and hunter and was active in the Pheasant Farm. His second wife, Mildred, was also known by many as the teller at the Adams County National Bank. This fund supports the community through the Fund for Adams County.
