It’s time to start planning for November 5, 2021!
Nonprofits wishing to be a part of the 2021 Adams County Community Foundation Giving Spree are encouraged to begin the application process now!
Please remember:
Event participation is not guaranteed and is restricted to:
• Nonprofits with a local office in Adams County providing direct services to Adams County residents.
• Nonprofits that affirm all Giving Spree gifts received will benefit Adams County residents.
• One application per tax identification number.
The nonprofits selected for participation will provide:
• One representative to participate in the online kickoff orientation, July 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
• Event promotion to their volunteers, donors, and constituents.
Required attachments:
• IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter
• PA Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations current Certificate BCO10.
• Board of Directors list – name and county of residence for each member.
• Your nonprofit’s specific (step by step) plan to raise money and awareness through the Giving Spree.
As we did in 2020, all donors will have the option to contribute to a new or existing designated endowment held at the Community Foundation for the benefit of your nonprofit.
Your nonprofit’s policy must be consistent with the Community Foundation’s nondiscrimination policy.
If your nonprofit meets the criteria, please complete and submit the application by July 1 for consideration. Approved participants will be notified on or before July 16. The application can be found at 2021 Giving Spree. The Giving Spree will be held on Friday, November 5.
